Conveyancing Lead – Swansea – 4+ Years’ PQE

Overview

As Conveyancing Lead in Swansea, you will steer and grow the residential conveyancing offering, combining fee earning with team leadership and strategic input. You’ll own a busy caseload, nurture relationships with local agents, and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to wider firm initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior management to drive growth, improve performance, and ensure excellent client care. This role offers impact through shaping the Swansea office and leading cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a residential conveyancing caseload
• Win work and build relationships with local agents and brokers
• Mentor and train junior team members
• Implement marketing and biz dev initiatives to promote Swansea office
• Collaborate with senior leadership on growth and performance improvements
• Ensure consistent client care and billing
• Handle volume workload efficiently and independently

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers
• Minimum 4 years’ PQE
• Strong residential conveyancing experience (freehold/leasehold, new builds, transfers of equity, shared ownership, remortgages)
• Ability to work without supervision and manage volume caseloads
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Previous management experience within a conveyancing team
• Based in Swansea office (min 4 days/week, 1 day WFH)
