In this Senior Data Scientist role at Croud, you will lead data science and ML projects that deliver measurable business impact for a roster of global brands. You’ll work across a growing analytics practice, applying advanced methods and AI-driven approaches to client challenges and product development. You’ll collaborate with clients, analysts and engineers to scale solutions and share insights. This is a chance to shape analytics capabilities and drive innovative marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Manage data science and ML projects to meet technical goals within timeframes
- Communicate complex methods clearly to clients and team members
- Produce clear insights through visualizations and metrics for non-technical users
- Interface with clients to secure data inputs and align on service application
- Explore and model large datasets using Python, SQL and related tools
- Leverage Claude Code and other AI tools to enhance Croud solutions
- Lead data exploration, model estimation and validation
- Write clean, robust code for data science pipelines
- Discuss data science aspects with technical and commercial teams
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable algorithms
- Explain and propagate the analytics team’s methodologies to clients and stakeholders
- Allocate around 20% of time to pure innovation supporting product development and agentic AI goals
Key requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD, or relevant quantitative experience
- Proven experience in applied machine learning in a full-time role
- Knowledge of Python, ML libraries and SQL
- Experience using LLMs to assist in safe and stable code writing
- Strong statistical knowledge
- Ability to communicate data analysis results effectively
- High proficiency in English writing and speaking
- Strong client services skills and ability to manage delivery expectations autonomously
- Good time management and organizational abilities
- Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Curiosity and willingness to learn rapidly
- Detail-oriented with good judgment
