Consultant/Manager, Transfer Pricing, Tax & Legal

Overview

In this role you will join Deloitte’s market-leading transfer pricing team in London to serve a diverse client base across industries. You will help shape TP strategies, implement policies, and support compliance and dispute resolution, including APAs. You’ll collaborate with senior tax and finance leaders and mentor junior colleagues in a culture that values learning and flexibility. Responsibilities

• Develop transfer pricing planning strategies and implement policies
• Support compliance programmes and audit defence
• Conduct functional interviews and economic analyses
• Review master file and local file documentation based on functional and economic analyses
• Collaborate with clients and HMRC on APAs and enquiry resolution
• Help clients tackle operational TP challenges and apply TP policies
• Support M&A due diligence and post-acquisition actions
• Contribute to the national Transfer Pricing learning programme
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development

Key requirements

• Proven experience in a transfer pricing role
• Strong written and oral communication skills
