Project Delivery Engineer – MEP

Overview

In this role, you support AI-driven design platforms to advance how infrastructure and buildings are designed and engineered. You work at the intersection of engineering, technology, and client delivery, translating client needs into practical deliverables and ensuring quality. You’ll review designs, lead stakeholder interactions, and champion AI-enabled improvements across MEP workflows. This is a hands-on role that combines technical credibility with product delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement in a cutting-edge AI context.

Responsibilities

• Apply broad MEP engineering expertise to review designs and calculations
• Translate client requirements into deliverables for project delivery
• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate priorities for successful delivery
• Test and evaluate product features and provide engineering-led feedback to developers
• Identify and help resolve defects and ensure outputs meet quality standards
• Champion adoption of AI and emerging technologies to improve delivery and efficiency

Key requirements

• HNC, HND, or degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Broad understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems
• Experience reviewing engineering deliverables and performing quality checks
• Excellent communication skills for leading meetings and managing client expectations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
• Comfortable working in a 3D BIM environment and using AI/LLMs to improve productivity
