Overview

In this role, you lead AI adoption and transformation for major clients in finance and corporate occupier sectors. You’ll own AI strategy, enterprise change, and the design and delivery of high-value use cases within capital delivery and infrastructure. You’ll engage executives, build multidisciplinary teams, and drive measurable client impact through scalable AI solutions. This is a defining leadership role to grow a fast-expanding AI capability and shape how clients realise value from AI in complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Grow AI advisory and transformation services across finance and corporate occupier sectors
• Shape the go-to-market strategy for AI across capital delivery and infrastructure functions
• Own commercial performance including proposals, bids, and delivery margin
• Build trusted executive relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as adviser on AI opportunities
• Lead strategic pursuits and AI bids, and articulate differentiated client value
• Lead end-to-end AI transformation programmes using existing frameworks
• Map and redesign core capital delivery and infrastructure processes to enable AI adoption
• Oversee deployment of AI tools, ensure secure, enterprise-ready solutions, and drive user adoption
• Scope and lead bespoke AI solutions, translating client needs into data, engineering, and design requirements
• Champion responsible AI governance, risk, data, and assurance throughout engagements
• Build and lead multidisciplinary AI transformation teams and mentor future leaders
• Contribute to wider Infrastructure Digital leadership and business planning

Key requirements

• Significant experience leading AI, digital or technology-enabled transformation programmes
• Proven track record advising senior executives and navigating complex stakeholder environments
• Deep understanding of AI use cases, tooling, and delivery from automation to generative AI
• Experience across capital delivery, infrastructure, or corporate functions with finance/programmes as an advantage
• Ability to combine commercial leadership with technical credibility
• Resilience under ambiguity and rapid change; strong executive presence
• Proven leadership of teams and delivery of measurable business change
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and revenue growth track record
