Overview
Join a celebrated international construction and engineering leader as a non-contentious construction lawyer. You’ll be part of a London team of seven, supporting project work across professional services agreements, subcontracts, and NEC negotiations, while advising on legal and commercial risk. You’ll work closely with operations, procurement and compliance to deliver practical, commercial solutions. Responsibilities
- Support project work on professional services agreements and subcontract negotiations
- Advis e on legal and commercial risk in collaboration with operations, procurement and compliance
- Navigate NEC3/4 contracts and related frameworks and warranties
- Provide commercial-focused advice to reduce risk and enable project delivery
Key requirements
- England & Wales qualified construction lawyer
- c. 1–2 PQE
- unrestricted UK working rights
- exposure to NEC contracts and subcontracting arrangements
- private practice or in-house training background
- passion for construction law
