Residential Conveyancing Associate Solicitor

Overview

Oxford-based Residential Conveyancing Associate Solicitor role with Chadwick Nott. You will handle purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold properties, including new-builds, mortgages, re-mortgages, and tenancy matters. You will draft and review contracts and manage Land Registry processes and post-completion actions. You will advise on mortgage redemption, transfer of equity, and property finance structures, and support development transactions. You will work with a cross-section of UK and overseas buyers and engage in business development to grow the practice.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds, reports, and correspondence
• Managing searches, Land Registry tasks, and post-completion procedures
• Advising on mortgage redemption, transfer of equity, and property finance structures
• Supporting new development transactions and advising clients throughout the process
