Senior Technical Manager

Overview

As Technical Manager, you will lead a flagship housing scheme in Surrey and oversee a strong pipeline of planning-stage projects. In an SME environment you will work with a small team and regularly interact with the Senior Leadership Team to align technical delivery with business goals. You will coordinate engineering, risk, and quality across design and construction stages.
