Responsibilities

• Answering and handling client calls related to insurance claims
• Capturing accurate claim information in company systems
• Collaborating with specialist teams to progress claims efficiently
• Maintaining professional communication and empathy with policyholders
• Building and nurturing relationships with clients and colleagues
• Providing support to clients and adapting to varied claim scenarios
• Maintaining attention to detail and accurate data entry in Excel and other systems
• Pursuing an insurance qualification with full funding provided by the company
