In this Corporate Associate role, you will handle high-quality corporate transactions within a Top 100 law firm’s Tier 1 Exeter team. You’ll advise on a broad mix of deals for an entrepreneurial and international client base, supported by partners with City experience. Responsibilities

• Advise on M&A, venture capital, private equity, cross-border deals, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings
• Support senior partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-value transactions
• Engage with a diverse client base and contribute to a high-quality deal flow
• Develop sector-specific expertise across multiple industries
