Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and compliance of Youth Employment Programme contracts
• Monitor outcomes, quality standards and financial performance
• Build and maintain relationships with providers, employers and stakeholders
• Analyse performance data and produce reports for senior leaders and funders
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement across the programme
• Support development of employment and skills opportunities for young people across the city
