Overview

In this role you will lead the Talent Acquisition Hub across multiple Kering Houses, delivering end-to-end recruitment with a data-driven, cost-conscious approach. You will coach a team of TA professionals, partner with HR and business stakeholders, and ensure high-quality hiring aligned to Kering standards. You’ll drive workforce planning, governance, and continuous improvement while championing an outstanding candidate experience. This is a strategic, cross-brand leadership position in London with a focus on talent that shapes luxury retail growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Experts, setting objectives and managing workload
  • Foster a collaborative, agile environment with cross-brand support and continuous development
  • Act as primary TA partner for HR Business Partners and stakeholders to align recruitment plans with business needs
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring compliance with TA policies, processes, systems and governance
  • Monitor hub performance using recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and quality of hire
  • Oversee reporting and activity tracking for cost allocation across Houses
  • Lead workforce and resource planning to match hiring demand and priorities
  • Oversee sourcing strategies and pipeline development across channels and partners
  • Manage agency and supplier relationships, negotiating terms and controlling spend
  • Handle complex, senior-level recruitment projects with end-to-end process ownership
  • Serve as escalation point for recruitment-related matters to maintain service excellence
  • Champion a positive candidate experience and promote employer brand and values
  • Support ongoing development of the TA Hub model through change management and cross-Houses collaboration

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in Talent acquisition and recruiting
  • English language proficiency
  • Experience with Workday or similar ATS
  • Familiarity with Candidate Relationship Management tools
  • Eightfold knowledge is a plus
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective hiring strategies
  • Knowledge of luxury and retail industry preferred
