Learning and Development Leader , Business & Client Services (BCS)

Overview

As BCS Learning and Development Leader, you will shape and drive enterprise-wide learning strategies across Risk BCS and P&I BCS globally. You will bridge onshore and offshore operate­ions to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and workforce readiness, leading a 30-person team. You’ll design scalable programs aligned to transformation priorities, measure impact, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Develop a 3-year BCS L&D strategy aligned with transformation initiatives
• Define frameworks for technical skill, domain expertise, and professional growth across levels
• Establish ROI metrics and accountability for learning programs
• Conduct workforce capability assessments to identify gaps and priorities
• Maintain service levels and quality for P&I and Risk COOs and leadership teams
• Lead flagship programs (onboarding, technical bootcamps, domain certifications)
• Oversee curriculum development across technical domains relevant to Risk and P&I
• Manage knowledge transfer initiatives to support onshore-to-offshore capability and GCC readiness
• Ensure training meets compliance, certification, and regulatory requirements
• Lead and develop a 30-person L&D team with clear performance expectations
• Allocate resources across concurrent programs and geographies
• Build capability in emerging L&D methodologies (micro-learning, simulations, VILT)
• Collaborate with business leadership to translate priorities into learning solutions
• Coordinate with Global/Enterprise, US, India, and UK Learning teams for regional alignment
• Oversee L&D budget, vendors, and technology platforms
• Monitor outcomes and iterate programs based on feedback

• Significant L&D experience
• Significant leadership experience in L&D
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale programs in multi-geography settings
• Deep expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and modern learning technologies (LMS, platforms, virtual delivery)
