Senior Workplace Savings Consultant (DC Pensions)

Overview

Senior Workplace Savings Consultant at Mercer Marsh Benefits, based in London, Bristol or Birmingham with hybrid working (3 days in the office). You will deliver DC pension and wider workplace savings consulting, leveraging Darwin, our SaaS platform, to manage auto-enrolment and employee engagement for corporate clients. You’ll lead Darwin-related projects, support client retention and growth, and coordinate cross-functional solutions across the firm. This role combines client-facing advisory work with platform-driven delivery to drive value and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide pension consulting aligned with the client service schedule
• Support clients with Automatic Enrolment and the Darwin AE module
• Scope and manage Darwin-related projects and pension consultancy
• Meet client retention targets and drive profitability and efficiency
• Cross-sell and coordinate with wider teams to fully serve client goals
• Maintain awareness of annual retention/growth targets, pipeline, and evolving plan
• Support development of Associate Workplace Saving Consultants

Key requirements

• Solid relevant experience in a client-facing DC pension consulting role
• CII or equivalent level 4 qualification or working towards
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organisational, and time-management skills
• Commercially focused mindset
