SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant

Overview

In this role you drive successful SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations for clients, shaping our HCM practice while collaborating across teams. You will lead design, configuration, and integration to deliver business-aligned solutions. You’ll stay current with SAP developments and contribute to thought leadership and business development. This is a growth-focused opportunity to impact customers’ HR transformations and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, configuration, integration, and support for SuccessFactors Employee Central projects
• Act as SME for Employee Central and guide projects from scoping to delivery
• Build strong client and internal team relationships to enable collaboration
• Support thought leadership activities (forums, seminars, blogs, marketing)
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and Product Owners to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Participate in business development activities including proposal generation and solution planning
• Conduct workshops and document detailed designs aligned with client processes
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors developments to maintain competitive edge

Key requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with significant Expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Certification in Employee Central (required)
• Knowledge of Time Off, Time Sheet, and related modules; additional certifications in Recruitment/Onboarding advantageous
• Experience designing and delivering customer-aligned solutions
• Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with 3rd party systems
• Understanding of data migration, configuration, and reporting tools (e.g., SuccessFactors People Stories)
• Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S4/HANA and SAP Payroll
