Overview

In this role you will join a leading construction team within a Top 50 law firm to handle indemnity-focused construction disputes. You will work on high-value claims as the defendant for construction professionals, across pre- and post-litigation matters, including adjudication, arbitration, risk management and coverage. You will collaborate with partners and senior associates, while delivering top-tier client care and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities

• Work on high-value claims against construction professionals as the defendant
• Provide advice on pre- and post-litigation matters, adjudication, arbitration, risk management and coverage
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex cases
• Deliver high-quality, timely work and manage client relationships

Key requirements

• 1-4 PQE in construction litigation
• Experience in insurance litigation is desirable but not essential
• Construction experience within a wider litigation caseload accepted
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
