In this Senior Leadership role, you will shape the Council’s direction and capabilities to deliver for the Island. You will sit at the heart of the organisation, steering cross‑Council transformation and performance across a broad portfolio of services. You will lead on digital modernisation and governance improvements, with visible impact on residents and communities. You will work closely with colleagues to balance island presence with flexible, hybrid working, enabling strategic delivery at scale.
