Client Executive

Overview

In this role you join Marsh’s Public Sector team to deliver tailored insurance and risk management solutions for UK public sector clients. You’ll manage client portfolios, develop risk strategies, and design insurance programs aligned with client objectives, while leading meetings with clients and insurers. You will also prepare budgets and negotiate fees, driving exceptional service and value. This position offers exposure to a large, global risk advisor and opportunities to shape client outcomes in a mission-driven sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients with tailored insurance and risk solutions
• Identify and develop strategies for risk management, risk financing, and insurance needs
• Lead and approve insurance program design activities aligned with client objectives
• Prepare budget proposals and negotiate fees with clients and insurers
• Host client and insurer meetings with specialist broker and client service teams to deliver solutions

Key requirements

• Proven insurance experience, preferably in Property-Casualty (Combined)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
