Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

In this role you support FP&A for lululemon’s EMEA Retail channel, driving accurate forecasting and strategic insights. You partner with cross-functional teams to optimize store-related costs and evaluate business cases for new locations. You’ll contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting, and participate in cross-departmental initiatives that influence retail performance. This is an opportunity to shape financial planning in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and work closely with Store Development and SSC teams to enable informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing revenue forecasting for 50+ retail locations across the EMEA channel
• Support business cases for retail initiatives, including new location proformas, collaborating with Store Development
• Oversee occupancy, capex, and repairs/maintenance store costs with Store Real Estate teams
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process efficiency
• Act as a trusted partner to Store Development with ad-hoc analyses and queries
• Support monthly and quarterly regional reporting, analytics, and commentary
• Represent FP&A in cross-departmental initiatives impacting retail channels
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform strategic decisions; collaborate with SSC on annual budget and monthly re-forecasts

Key requirements

• 5+ years of progressive finance, financial analysis, and reporting experience
• ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA qualified
• Expert knowledge of Excel
• Retail industry experience is an asset
• Oracle, Hyperion and Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment
• Excellent teamwork with ability to work independently and communicate effectively
