Residential Property Lawyer – Bath – 6+ Years PQE

Overview

As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will manage a varied conveyancing caseload from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. You will operate within Bath’s Residential Property team, collaborating with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals, while supervising junior colleagues when needed. You will contribute to departmental planning, business development and knowledge sharing, upholding high standards of client care. The role offers hybrid working and an opportunity to shape a forward-thinking, collaborative property practice.

Key requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of conveyancing
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive mindset and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently from a regional office while collaborating with a remote team
