Product Owner

Overview

In this hybrid Product Owner role within Experian’s Eligibility and Decisioning domain, you drive product outcomes by shaping roadmaps, epics, and user stories that blend transactional data with credit insights. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality delivery and support data science products across cloud marketplaces. You’ll balance multiple products, engage stakeholders, and promote Agile practices to enable informed decision‑making and impactful solutions. Responsibilities

• Own and refine the product backlog with prioritisation, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into technical specs and artefacts
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architecture, Development, QA, and Client Delivery Managers for solution design and delivery
• Drive Agile ways of working and support continuous improvement across teams
• Apply strong domain knowledge to support decision‑making and problem‑solving
• Manage multiple products while balancing priorities and stakeholder expectations

Key requirements

• Product Owner experience
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Aha
• Experience with AI tools
• Stakeholder management and collaboration experience
• Excellent epic and user story writing and documentation skills
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to credit and personal data
