Group Supply Chain Specialist

Overview

In this role you will ensure supply chain decisions support product choices, maximizing customer availability while reducing costs. You will lead continuous improvements across global supply chain operations and collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and buying teams. You’ll drive change across cultures, challenging traditional practices to meet evolving customer demand. You will own end-to-end projects with contingency plans to minimize disruption and become a trusted partner across Kingfisher’s businesses. This is a chance to shape supply chain strategy in a large, multi-brand retail group committed to Better Homes. Better Lives.

Responsibilities

• Integrate supply chain requirements into product decisions to maximise availability and minimise costs
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency
• Manage global relationships and collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, buying teams and retail banners
• Influence across cultures to address operational issues and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the supply chain
• Disrupt traditional practices and propose innovative solutions to meet changing customer demand
• Deliver change through end-to-end projects with contingency plans to mitigate disruptions
• Leverage expertise to become a trusted partner across the businesses
