Chief of Staff, Product Management (Lead Technical Program Manager)

Overview

In this role you partner with the PM domain leader to balance ideas and operations, driving aligned execution and impactful storytelling. You prepare leadership for key sessions and manage the Book of Work with engineering and product owners to align with OKRs and roadmaps. You leverage enterprise AI to accelerate planning and risk synthesis while promoting governance best practices. You collaborate with HR, Finance, and Business Management to ensure resourcing, budgeting, and organizational hygiene, delivering data-driven recommendations to executives.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted confidant to the PM domain leader and guide preparation for sessions and internal processes
• Own topics, challenge peers, and craft executive-ready narratives for decision making
• Drive Book of Work for engineering teams aligned to OKRs and a unified roadmap
• Utilize enterprise AI to accelerate program planning, RAID, and executive updates with proper data handling
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Business Management for communications and organizational alignment
• Manage resources, track headcount and financials to budget, and uphold firmwide guidance
• Create and refine cadenced delivery processes to ensure consistent execution and reduce toil
• Prepare data-driven recommendations and materials for executive and stakeholder decisions
• Collaborate with HR to run talent management sessions and promotions radar reviews

Key requirements

• 6+ years of experience in program/project/technology management, consulting, operations, or related fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate with senior leaders
• Strong in Resource Management; Change Management; Portfolio Management; Conflict Resolution; Negotiation; Risk and Controls; Partnership and Influence
• Experience turning complex information into meaningful content and actionable plans
• Ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams and influence across seniorities
• Commitment to diversity, ethical leadership, and transparent management
• Desire for increasing management responsibility and ownership of projects/programs
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills with MS Excel and PowerPoint
