Project Structural Engineer

Overview

In this role you contribute to the design of structural schemes across education, residential, commercial and industrial buildings from the London office. You work within a friendly, dynamic team and engage with industry bodies to shape expert guidance on complex structural issues. You will apply experience across materials and use specialist tools to deliver robust designs while benefiting from clear progression and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• participate in buildings design across education, residential, commercial and industrial sectors
• apply knowledge of structural materials in design
• support project delivery and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• utilize Tekla and Scia where relevant to model and detail designs
• engage with industry bodies and contribute to expert discussions
• contribute to internal CPD and knowledge sharing

Key requirements

• experience in design across all main structural materials
• Tekla experience is useful
• Scia experience is useful
• mid-level structural engineer with initiative
