You will supervise junior colleagues, deliver commercially focused advice aligned with client and insurer objectives, and drive process improvements. You will partner with senior leadership on performance targets and strategic initiatives, while maintaining excellent client care. Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex professional negligence matters from inception to resolution
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues to build team capability
• Provide clear, commercially focused advice aligned to client and insurer objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and support change initiatives to enhance team performance
• Deliver accurate, timely, and empathetic advice across varied, including multi-track, claims
• Collaborate with senior leadership to meet performance and financial targets and ensure efficient case management
