Overview

In this role you will support a dedicated real estate finance team that operates across borders, advising arrangers, lenders and borrowers on a range of property-backed financings. You’ll work with sponsors, developers and funds across asset classes such as hotels, data centres, and housing, handling cross-border and complex financing, acquisition finance, and restructuring. This is an opportunity to contribute to a world-scale finance practice and to help grow the real estate finance platform. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver sophisticated financing solutions and support ongoing market leadership.

Responsibilities

• Advise arrangers, financial institutions, sponsors and borrowers on real estate finance transactions
• Handle cross-border financings including development finance, acquisition finance, and corporate lending
• Support a variety of asset classes (hotels, data centres, build-to-rent, logistics, student housing, commercial)
• Engage in restructuring and complex financing matters for the client base
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across jurisdictions to deliver financing solutions

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor
• 3-6 years PQE
• Proven track record in advising on a wide range of real estate finance matters
