Overview

As a Project Manager in Global Markets Change Management, you will drive and govern complex change initiatives across EMEA and globally. You’ll work with senior business leaders and control partners to deliver regulatory, risk and capital programmes, balancing commercial aims with governance and control. You will facilitate cross-functional workshops, manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and ensure robust documentation and audits. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to shape how Global Markets operates today and in the future. Responsibilities

  • Lead and support strategic Global Markets Risk and Capital initiatives across EMEA and globally
  • Manage programme governance, planning, risk identification, resource coordination, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Coordinate and provide oversight across a portfolio of change initiatives and stakeholders
  • Drive execution with Business teams and Support and Control partners, ensuring governance and controls are in place
  • Establish governance forums for decision-making, issue resolution, and executive reporting
  • Assess regulatory requirements and determine business impacts and approaches
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and working groups to drive consensus and delivery
  • Handle multiple high-priority programmes in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain project documentation and audit trails for governance and audits
  • Support or lead cross-line of business initiatives to improve consistency and effectiveness
  • Ensure robust control frameworks are embedded throughout delivery

Key requirements

  • Extensive programme and project management experience in financial services or related advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of Global Markets including FICC, Equities, and related market infrastructure
  • Experience delivering complex change with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Knowledge of Risk and Capital regulations including FRTB, VaR, SA-CVA, IMM, CCAR and related regulatory change initiatives
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to translate technical/regulatory topics into clear business recommendations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience working with technical teams and translating concepts to business audiences
