Sr Associate/Partner-Wills, Probate & Estate Planning-Salisbury

Overview

In this role you will lead private client matters in Wills, Probate and Estate Planning within a growing Salisbury team. You will manage a personal caseload and deliver high-quality advice while building strong client relationships. You will contribute to the department’s growth through marketing and business development and work closely with colleagues to support firm objectives. The opportunity combines senior responsibility with a collaborative culture and a focus on developing the private client practice.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on Wills, Probate and Estate Planning
• Managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Demonstrating commercial awareness and understanding financial/legal implications for clients
• Meeting time recording and revenue targets
• Supporting departmental growth through marketing, networking and business development activity

Key requirements

• Strong experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Planning matters
• Ability to manage and grow a caseload independently
• Confidence handling complex matters with support where required
• Willingness to attend the office at least three days per week
• Interest in contributing to marketing, networking and BD initiatives
