Senior Corporate & Regulatory Counsel – Asset Management

Vanguard is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide technical legal and regulatory advice on EU and UK matters. You will support governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives within the Europe Legal team.

You will work with Corporate Operations, Compliance, Risk, and business units to translate regulation into BAU practices, manage complex regulatory change programs, and contribute to cross-functional projects across Vanguard’s European entities.
