We’re working with a leading US law firm whose London Structured Finance practice is going through a period of significant investment and growth.

The team has a particularly strong reputation across CLOs, structured credit and securitisation, advising major asset managers, arrangers, banks, issuers and investors on sophisticated cross-border transactions.

The Work:

• European CLOs and warehouse financings.
• ABS and broader securitisation transactions
• Structured credit and structured products
• Financings involving more unusual asset classes, including receivables, commodities and renewable energy-backed assets.

This is a strong opportunity for a structured finance lawyer (1 PQE+) to join a growing London team with a genuinely international platform. We’re keen to speak to associates with experience across securitisation, CLOs or broader structured finance.
