I’m working with a leading international law firm looking to hire a Structured Finance Associate (3-6 PQE) for its highly regarded London finance practice.
The team advises leading banks, financial institutions, funds, arrangers, issuers and investors on a broad range of sophisticated transactions, including:
- Structured finance & securitisation
- CLOs and structured investment products
- Warehouse & funding arrangements
- Derivatives and related financing structures
The ideal candidate will have strong private practice experience in structured finance, securitisation, or a closely related finance area, excellent technical skills, and experience handling complex transactions.
