Senior Corporate Solicitor – M&A & Drafting (Flexible)

Connect Legal Partners in Manchester is seeking an experienced lawyer to manage corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, and to advise on governance and company law. You will draft and negotiate transaction documents and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

The role requires 4–8 years PQE in corporate work with strong technical and client skills, plus excellent attention to detail and organisation. Flexible working arrangements are available.
