Hybrid Data Engineer for NHS Care Data & AI

Paloma Health is seeking a Data Engineer to join a mission-driven team accelerating NHS autism and ADHD assessments in England. You will design, build, and maintain ELT pipelines, own the data warehouse, and develop reporting data models with BI stakeholders.

You will work across cross-functional teams, using Dataform, BigQuery, and Python/JS to enable scalable data insights and governance, while benefiting from a supportive equity and leave package.
