Finance Controller – Scale-Up Growth & Reporting Lead

Sowena Group, a fast-growing business backed by private equity in South Manchester, is recruiting a Financial Controller. The role is broad and hands-on, taking ownership of the day-to-day finance function and partnering with the FD and senior leadership to improve reporting, controls and processes as the business scales.

You’ll oversee reporting, manage a small team, support budgeting and cash flow, and provide commercial insight to drive performance.
