In-House Commercial Lawyer – Global, IP & Governance

Avis Budget Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join the International Legal team in Bracknell. Hybrid work with in-office presence is required, reporting to the Head of Legal – Corporate Services.

The role covers commercial contracting, IP, governance, and regulatory matters across UK and international operations. You’ll partner with Sales, Procurement, Marketing, Finance and IT, providing pragmatic legal advice while balancing risk and business needs.
