Senior Customer Engagement Lead – Enterprise AI Platform

Deliverance AI is seeking a Senior Customer Engagement Manager to own customer success across our Forward-Deployed Engineering team. You will scope high-value workflows, run the engagement, and stay involved until production and audit trails are complete.

You will coordinate with CIOs and CISOs, turning delivered outcomes into expansion, in a hybrid setup with offices in London and Dublin. This is a high-visibility role on a platform used by regulated enterprises.
