Job Description:
Blackburn College is seeking an energetic FE Student Pastoral Support and Engagement Officer to lead timely interventions for students who are disengaging from their studies and to champion a centralised Pastoral Hub.
You will work with staff to identify barriers to attendance, retention and achievement, support safeguarding and collaborate with external agencies to maximise outreach and early help for students.
