Hines is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its European development platform. You will negotiate design and construction contracts, draft procurement documents, and coordinate with international offices and outside counsel to manage complex projects.
Ideal candidates hold 4–8 years PQE, are qualified in the UK or another EU jurisdiction, and demonstrate strong negotiation, drafting, and cross-border transaction abilities with proficiency in MS Office and AI tools.
