Strategic Indirect Procurement Lead

McLaren Automotive is seeking an Indirect Procurement Category Lead to drive category strategies across Construction, Facilities Management, Capex and Professional Services. Based in Woking and Bicester, you will own category strategies and lead complex sourcing activities, ensuring value, governance, and risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders up to C-suite, mentor team members, and shape a high-performing procurement culture across global markets.
