PAM Support Lead (Delinea)

We are hiring a dedicated PAM Support Lead to manage our Delinea platform. If you have a strong background in Privileged Access Management and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead L2/L3 support operations for Delinea Secret Server, ensuring 24×7 stability and adherence to SLAs.
• Manage core PAM services: password vaulting, session monitoring, and remote access.
• Oversee server lifecycle activities, system health monitoring, and incident management.
• Configure account discovery, vaults, password rotation, and authentication policies.
• Maintain third-party integrations (Splunk, Okta, Active Directory, LDAP).
• Coordinate disaster recovery planning and periodic testing.

Requirements:

• 8–15 years of total experience.
• Strong expertise in PAM principles and hands-on experience with Delinea Secret Server.
• Proven troubleshooting skills (access failures, discovery jobs, connector configurations).
• Experience with PAM governance, compliance reporting, and audit support.
• Deal Breaker: Must have Red Hat PAM experience.
