Head of Asset Management & Estates

The University of Nottingham is seeking an Associate Director of Asset Management to lead the Estates and Facilities portfolio, reporting to the Deputy Chief Property & Facilities Officer.

This permanent, full-time role (36.25 hours) requires strategic asset management, maintenance planning, and a track record of senior leadership within large estates, with significant budgets and a focus on safe, sustainable, high-quality environments.
