In-House DCM Associate – London, Front-Office Focus

Montresor Legal is seeking a Debt Capital Markets lawyer to join a leading global investment bank in London. The role offers an excellent move in-house for an associate with 2-4 years’ PQE from a top-tier firm to work closely with front-office stakeholders on a broad range of DCM transactions.

You will advise on EMTN programmes and standalone issuances, review and negotiate documentation, and collaborate with internal teams across multiple jurisdictions while developing commercial relationships.
