Must-Have Requirements

• Proven Solution Architect experience within London Market Insurance.
• Experience in PAS implementation, migration, or replacement programs.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting processes and operating models.
• Expertise in Azure cloud architecture, APIs, and microservices.
• Ability to define migration strategies and future-state architecture roadmaps.

Nice to Have

• Reinsurance domain knowledge.
• Bordereaux management and reporting experience.
• Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, HX, or IRIS platforms.
