Senior MEP Commercial Lead – Central London Office Project

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an MEP Commercial Manager to lead a large Central London office project and manage a team of commercial staff. You will control subcontractor performance, identify risks, and ensure value across NEC/JCT contracts.

You will engage stakeholders across Design, Operations and Pre-Construction, driving profitability and repeat business while developing the wider commercial team. Central London role with substantial project scope.
