Senior Commercial Lead – Hybrid, Glasgow Construction

FindCore are seeking a Commercial Lead in Glasgow to lead the commercial strategy across a varied project portfolio. The role is based in Glasgow with a hybrid working pattern, offering a permanent contract in a leading multidisciplinary consultancy.

You will oversee pre- and post-contract QS activities, deliver cost plans and budgets, manage procurement and tenders, and drive value engineering while maintaining rigorous financial control and strong client relationships.
