The role

You will advise businesses and investors on a broad mix of corporate work. That includes private M&A, asset sales and reorganisations, fundraisings including EIS and SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes and shareholders agreements.

What you will need

You must be a qualified solicitor. All levels of PQE will be considered. The firm wants someone solutions focused who adds value for clients and is happy to take on responsibility early.
