Band 8a MHST Expansion & Operations Leader

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 8a MHST Operational Manager to lead expansion of Mental Health Support Teams across Essex. The role involves operational leadership, staff development and close collaboration with schools and health partners.

You will help shape new teams in North Chelmsford, Braintree and Tendring, with focus on onboarding, recruitment mobilisation and effective service mobilisation as growth accelerates.
