A growing regional firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer (1-10 PQE) to join its Portsmouth office.
This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to handle a varied residential caseload within a dynamic and performance-rewarding environment.
The Role
You will manage:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including new build and shared ownership)
Re-mortgages
Transfers of equity
Lease extensions
Equity releases
About You
1-10 PQE
Confident managing matters independently
Strong client care focus
Motivated and commercially aware
