Lean Manufacturing Engineer – Electro-Mechanical CI

Matchtech in the United Kingdom is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a six‑month contract based in Romsey. The role focuses on manufacturing optimization, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and the assembly/testing of electronic and electro‑mechanical products.

You will lead problem solving using PSP, 8D, RCA and DMAIC, drive Lean CI projects, and support supply chain and production teams with testing and troubleshooting. On-site five days per week, BPSS/SC clearance preferred.
