HR Manager – Employee Relations & Policy Lead

South Thames Colleges Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager to deliver a comprehensive HR service across the group. You will advise managers, support service plans, and help achieve operational targets while handling employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinaries, capability and absence management.

The role requires significant operational HR experience, leadership of an HR team, policy development, and experience with ACAS conciliators and Employment Tribunals.
